We offer to conduct surveys, carry out interviews and collect data with a help of questionnaires by telephone, face to face and/or email.
We operate call-centres, collectively consisting of 40 operator posts, which means we able to process more than 2000 calls
or e-mails and to carry out 50-60 interviews (99% completed) per one working day. Every call-centre
operator goes through a special training course, based on company’s 10-year experience in
qualitative and quantitative surveys in metals, mining, minerals and materials industry.
We have large inhouse database of target audience from previous studies and our own members in various fields.
Additional database of targeted companies and specialists can always be obtained through our strategic
partners and associations in many countries.
Quality control of the data obtained is carried out in the course of interviewing by visual control.
At least 25% of questionnaires chosen in a random manner by expert supervisors from field
department are verified. Verification process involves our supervisors calling back the
recipients to evaluate the accuracy of their answers.
The results of the surveys can be provided in various formats such as Excel Spreadsheet covering all aspects of the
survey and a Power Point Presentation covering the main aspects and trends of the survey.
Quality control of the whole consulting project will be carried out by a Project Manager – who is the
most qualified and experienced consultant with a wide experience in business organization in various
industry sectors. A Director will also be assigned to carry out methodology development and to
consult and solve any unforeseen problems that may arise on the way.
